Doner kebab was freezing and when I telephoned to complain it felt like I wasn’t believed. Spoke to manager who was abrupt and said it can’t be cold but eventually sent another one. Will not be ordering again

Chips couldn't be eaten

The food was delivered before the estimated time. It was a large size portion for the prize, the saver menu is a great idea. The food was excellent and I am the fussiest eater so will order again. 👍👍

Im regular customer weekly after work usually. I order a large curry cheese chip £5 box was half full. Fish was ok. I biggest problem was the doner meat was like leather the box of meat was binned first time ive had to bin something ever. Doner meat was from fresh seemed cooked day at least uneatable. I live near walk past wellbecks i usual have great food from use but disappointed

To be honest didn’t seem fresh, chips looked as though had been cooked many times over, didn’t enjoy them and were not fresh! I’ve ordered from here few times recently and no probs but this was well below standard, just lost good customer
